The New Mexico ARRL Section web site is pleased to offer web space to any Amateur Radio organization in New Mexico that has membership open to all. We can set up a page and make a representative of your organization the editor of that page. That representative may log in any time and update the page’s contents.
We can also make it possible for a club appointed public information officer (PIO) to post general QSTs on club activities These QSTs will go out on the section’s RSS feed.
Hop over to the “links and e-mail” page and send the Section Manager a message if you would like us to set up a page for you or create an account for your PIO.
With so many clubs in New Mexico it was necessary to divide them up to make the drop-down menu manageable.
We arbitrarily divided the state into 6 sections with the “Big-I” used to divide the state into 4 quadrants.
The Albuquerque, Rio Rancho / Los Lunas / Belen / Santa Fe areas
North-West NM (north of I-40 and west of I25)
North-East NM (north of I-40 and east of I-25)
South-West NM (south of I25 and west of I-40)
South-East NM (south of I-40 and east of I-25)
Areas of interest that lie on or near I40 or I25 are simply referred to as Northern New Mexico (above I40), Western New Mexico (west of I25), etc.
