North-West New Mexico

Did you get here on purpose? If you “hover” your cursor over the “Organization” menu item above you should get a drop down list of clubs and organizations around New Mexico. If not, try moving to a new page, then hover. It get easy with some practice.

The New Mexico ARRL Section web site is pleased to offer web space to any Amateur Radio organization in New Mexico that has membership open to all. We can set up a page and make a representative of your organization the editor of that page. That representative may log in any time and update the page’s contents.

Hop over to the “links and e-mail” page and send the Section Manager a message if you would like us to set up a page for you.

With so many clubs in New Mexico it was necessary to divide them up to make the drop-down menu manageable.

We arbitrarily divided the state into 6 sections with the “Big-I” used to divide the state into 4 quadrants.

  • The Albuquerque, Rio Rancho / Los Lunas / Belen / Santa Fe areas
  • North-West NM (north of I-40 and west of I25)
  • North-East NM (north of I-40 and east of I-25)
  • South-West NM (south of I25 and west of I-40)
  • South-East NM (south of I-40 and east of I-25)

Areas of interest that lie on or near I40 or I25 are simply referred to as Northern New Mexico (above I40), Western New Mexico (west of I25), etc.
